1. Agreement to Terms
By placing an order or using the novapad website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and novapad, located at 106 E 6th St, Austin, TX 78701, USA.
Questions before ordering? Contact us at support@novapad.co or +1 (346) 345-0042 (Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM CT | Sat 10 AM–2 PM CT).
2. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. Prices are shown in USD ($) and include applicable taxes where required. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability — in which case you will be fully refunded.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the parcel to your stated address.
4. Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund process is governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.
5. Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@novapad.co before the return period expires. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your full refund within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the novapad website — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of novapad or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, novapad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item to which the claim relates.
8. Dispute Resolution
Please contact us at support@novapad.co or +1 (346) 345-0042 before pursuing formal proceedings so we can work to resolve your issue directly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
